Same meal bar. A storefront that finally says so.
READYBAR is a 500-calorie meal bar created by a NASA scientist. It sold on a stock Shopify theme where a 15%-off pop-up covered every page on load, thirty-five third-party hosts fired on the homepage, and the brand's sharpest claim — twice the nutrition, half the sugar — was nowhere above the fold. We moved the store to Shopline and rebuilt the storefront to the brand guidelines: one headline, one voice, a shop that merchandises six products like a range, and eight content pages that did not exist.

Milliseconds of main-thread blocking on the mobile homepage (Lighthouse TBT). The page becomes interactive as soon as it paints.
Nine dimensions, scored 0–10 from what we measured and clicked through. “After” is the Shopline storefront as it stands today behind the preview password — including the items still on the punch list.
The old homepage opens with a Klaviyo modal over a stock hero. The brand guidelines say the headline is “Twice the nutrition. Half the sugar.” — two lines, Archivo Black — and it was nowhere above the fold. The new homepage opens on it, then walks the visitor through the argument: the problem, the comparison table, six flavours, who it's for, who made it, FAQ.

Captured as delivered on first load — the modal is real, not staged.

Live on Shopline behind the preview password. Persona images are placeholders until the merchant's stock images land.
Six SKUs is a small catalogue; the job of the shop page is to make choosing easy. The old grid was six identical tiles under the modal. The new one opens with the four numbers that matter, filters by how people actually decide, and tells them where to start.

Six tiles under the modal.

Shop hero, filter chips, badges, add-to-box.
The old product page had a lot going for it: five images, subscription pricing, reviews with photos, related products. It also loaded 453 requests and sat under the modal. The new page keeps what sold — gallery, checklist, FAQ, related — at a third of the weight. The subscription selector and the reviews block return once the merchant picks the apps.

Rich, but heavy and under the modal.

Placeholder product data until the final sync.

Sampler pack — 17 reviews on the old page.

Sampler pack — five images.
The old site had Press, About and Contact. The tech-stack brief asked for a wholesale path with agency and retail sales, and the header and footer of the new theme needed somewhere to send people. Every page below exists on Shopline through a purpose-built template — content recovered from the old site where it existed, written new where it didn't.

Good content, stock layout, under the modal.

Origin, founder, advisors, mission.

New — agency vs retail.

Benefits & nutrition — comparison + FAQ.

Five outlets, real links.

Responder discount.

Delivery timing — copy to be confirmed by the merchant.

Deliberately sparse until real reviews land.

Old press page.
